Synopsis:
 
Marketing and advertising as an author can be a daunting task, especially in this day and age when social media and online marketing seem to go hand in hand. This task is one of the most important things an author can do for themselves, but is often overlooked and underused. Learn what tools are available, what products you should be using, and go through a crash course on how to make this task easy and pain free. 
 
Detailed Course info:
• First we will go over basic advertising and marketing tasks and terminology. What does it mean to market yourself? What types of marketing and advertising should I be doing, in what instances? What kind of budget should I have? What products are there available to me? 
 
• Next we will first go over some easy online marketing tools and tips. What sites should you be on? Where do I start? What is fruitful and fruitless when it comes to online marketing? We will go over what tools you can use to assist with this process digitally to make your online marketing tasks a breeze.
 
• Lastly we will be doing some amazing hands-on exercises to prove what we have learned. Once you see it in action, in real life, it's easy to understand why this is a must do process for any author looking to further their own career.
